Our design and installation specialists bring samples of all the shutter products we carry and meet with you in your home to walk you through the steps to choosing what best suits your needs. We take measurements of each window you’re considering shuttering during the shutter design consultation. This allows us to create a more precise estimate of the cost for you.
Then, we arrange the shutter products side by side and answer any questions you may have.
We show you the available paints and stains. Polywood® shutters can be custom-painted, and Ovation® shutters are available in 28 wood stain colors and 11 paint colors.
Once you’ve chosen the shutters that match your style and meet your needs, contemplate whether you’d rather have a hidden tilt rod or a rear-mount tilt rod, a smaller louver or a larger one, a Z frame or a casing frame style.
We note your project’s measurements and submit your shutter order to be made. And we keep you in the loop on the estimated time of your new shutters’ arrival – so you know when to expect them.
Finally, we have a professional installation crew come out to your Cleveland house and install your window treatment just right, double checking each part moves smoothly. That’s because we believe that proper installation is almost as important as the product itself.
