The Best Custom Shutters, Blinds & Shades!
Proudly Serving the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio area

Shout outs to Sunburst’s newest Share Your Shutters winner: Chelsey Rushworth! Her winning submission to #ShareYourShutters highlights a few spots in her home decorated with stylish new Polywood plantation shutters that beautifully complement both her home’s style and her own personal fashion sense.

Neutral Living Area With Shutters

Chelsey, better known on Instagram as Taste of Coffey, is a Boston-based interior designer who definitely has a unique eye for matching colors in her decorating. A quick look at her space shows how she mixes and matches whites, off-whites, and muted shades for a look that’s cozy and natural, but extremely stylish at the same time.

She even offered some advice for designers in Cleveland and around the country:

  • Have a color scheme in mind. When you go about decorating a room, you can always adjust colors to accessorize it. Try to utilize hues from either your home’s color scheme or ones that will accentuate it.

  • Be flexible in your use of colors. We chose shutters that are vibrant white and most of our furniture includes shades of gray, both weathered wood and fabric. So we chose to add in splashes of white and color accents.

Decorated Room With Polywood Plantation Shutters

Not only does Chelsey have a great eye for color, but the use of space in her design is on point, too. From the chairs she uses that guide the eyes vertically to the wall and her plantation shutters, to the evenly-spaced accessories in her shelving, Chelsey’s space is modern, functional, and altogether cozy without ever seeming overwhelming.

As our #ShareYourShutters winner this season, Chelsey will receive a gift card to a great restaurant in Boston, in addition to having her designs featured here. To see more of her work, visit her personal site at TasteofCoffey.com.

And if you believe the shutters in your home look great enough to be a winner, share them on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #ShareYourShutters. We want to see another Cleveland house featured as a winner!
